The Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) is a public corporation under the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain, which promotes innovation and technological development of Spanish companies. This is the entity that channels funding applications and supporting I+D+ i of Spanish companies at national and international level. Thus, the objective of the CDTI is to contribute to the improvement of the technological level of Spanish companies.
Talleres Cortés S.L. within the spirit of customer service is constantly researching and developing through innovation , new solutions for the tile industry , especially for precision molds and relief designs for inkjet printing systems.
The latest example of this continuous improvement to provide better services to their customers, is the “development of a recognition system of reliefs for high-speed inkjet printing on ceramic industry”, supported by the CDTI , which is the Spanish public reference to all entities related to research , technology development and business innovation .
As a result of a laborious process of experimentation and designing, we have developed a recognition system profiles.
This innovative system has been tested on an industrial manufacturing line and has demonstrated a level of reliability, simplicity and economy. It is especially important that this new machine is situated opposite a competition that requires a prohibitive investment, which is especially difficult in the current climate for most of the manufacturers of ceramic wall and floor tiles average size.
The choice of commercially available components and optimize the flow of information profiles recognition algorithms positions the machine built on a very competitive segment specificity and conceptual simplicity.
Is currently under way to improve aesthetic and formal aspects that improve the appearance of the system without modifying the functional and safety features of the machine performed.
No doubt great news for all embossed tile manufacturers to be cheapened final production costs.
