This tool allows technicians to manipulate presses comfortably, safely and with minimal effort punches for precision molds to perform operations moving them, thus minimizing the risk of damaging the vulcanized punches and further optimized their useful life.
This tool has two movements (horizontal and vertical). This allows the tool closer to the place where the punches are, either to go from its storage (shelving, pallet, etc …) to the press to put in the mold, or vice versa.
The end result is a tool that complements our relief precision molds for inkjet systems, providing a lower cost of production to our customers.
